Silse Martell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations within various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Burke Assessments and Founder of The Smart Group, Silse also holds board membership at Leve Saúde, a healthtech company focused on affordable health solutions for seniors in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Other notable roles include Cofounder and Chief of Education at Collective Brains, Founder of Trivas Growth, and Founder & Advisor at TalentComms. Prior experience includes significant positions at Ericsson and Fleishman-Hillard. Silse is pursuing further education with an IMD Board Diploma in Strategy and Digital Transformation for Boards and holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Arizona State University.
