Jose Pavon

Jose Pavon has been working in the project management field since 2012. Jose began working at SmartSource Technical Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and PMO Team Lead, where they assisted the Director of PMO in ensuring that all projects were executed effectively and efficiently. Jose'sresponsibilities included creating and executing project work plans, identifying resources needed, managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, minimizing exposure and risk on project, and managing project budget. In 2020, they joined Level 10, LLC as a Senior Project Manager.

Jose Pavon has a long history of education, starting with an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ashworth College in 2014-2015. Jose then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashworth College in 2015-2016. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ashworth College in 2015-2018. Additionally, they obtained a Project+ (Plus) certification from CompTIA in July 2018.
