Pete Skurman

Operations at Level

Pete Skurman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pete started working at Time Inc. in 2011 as a LIFE.com Business Development Intern, where they focused on increasing traffic to the website and delivering presentations on business development and social media. In 2012, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Business Technology Analyst and later became a Human Capital Consultant. In this role, they worked on organization transformation projects for healthcare provider clients, including assessing and rewriting role profiles and analyzing research relationships. Since 2015, Pete has been working at Uber, holding multiple positions in their Eats division. Pete started as an Operations and Logistics Manager in NYC, then became a Senior Operations and Logistics Manager before transitioning to a position as a Senior Central Operations Manager for the US and Canada. In 2018, they took on the role of Courier Quality and Fraud Lead and eventually became the Courier Operations Lead, overseeing operations for the US and Canada. In 2020, Pete joined Level, where they currently work in operations.

Pete Skurman attended Amherst College from 2008 to 2012. During these years, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Computer Science and Black Studies.
