Josh Hubball has an extensive work experience in the media, entertainment and technology industries. Josh began their career in 2001 as Co-Founder and President of Chubsub, Inc., a company that creates original music for advertising, television & film soundtrack, radio and multimedia. In 2004, they interned at E.K. Wallace, LLC, an investment banking firm specializing in media, entertainment and technology. In 2005, they joined Universal Music Group - eLabs as Director of Business Development, where they closed deals and implemented business development initiatives across on-line retailers, wireless carriers, content aggregators, device manufacturers and application developers to grow UMG’s digital music business. In 2008, they joined Conduit Labs as VP of Business Development, leading strategic partnership, distribution and content licensing efforts for social games developer. In 2010, they joined App.net as VP of Business Development and also served as an Advisor for Media & Entertainment Partnerships at Zynga. Finally, in 2014, they founded and became CEO of Level Frames, a company focused on building a better way to custom frame any poster, print or photo.
Josh Hubball attended Georgetown University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Josh then attended Columbia Business School from 2004 to 2005, earning an MBA with concentrations in Media Management and Marketing. In 2015, they attended Y Combinator, though no degree or field of study was specified.
