Nicholas Norman is currently a System Administrator at Level Legal, where responsibilities include configuring and customizing Freshservice to align with organizational workflows and implementing ITSM best practices. Prior experience as an IT Hardware Engineer and Asset Manager at U.S. Renal Care involved encrypting laptops and desktops using McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator and utilizing Command Line to simplify processes and maintain computer policies. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Oregon and is pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Analytics at Champlain College, expected to be completed in April 2026.
