Lois Dirksen

Lois Dirksen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in brand strategy and leadership across various organizations. As CEO and Brand Strategist at LEVEL Mpls since February 2006, Lois focuses on helping clients develop a deep understanding of their market positioning. In addition to current responsibilities at LEVEL, Lois has served as a Board Member at Saidiana since January 2017 and was Board Vice President at WellShare International from January 2003 to May 2015, contributing to global health initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Consultant and Coach at CO2 Partners, where leadership development was prioritized, and Executive Vice President at Alorica, where significant growth was achieved, earning prestigious industry awards. Lois also held a directorial position at Securian Financial Group, managing direct response initiatives. Lois holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.
