Ryan Schwinghammer

Ryan Schwinghammer serves as a Senior Project Manager at Level 10 Construction, specializing in complex renovation projects to support research and development in lab spaces across over 150,000 square feet in the South Bay Area. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer on the extensive Facebook MPK21 project in Menlo Park, which involved a large-scale development of 522,000 square feet, and Project Engineer for the LEED Platinum certified Moffett Gateway project.
