Nikoa Milton

Nikoa Milton is a Co-Founder at Level, a multiracial community of women focused on tackling the racial wealth gap by investing in black women. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at Welltower Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Nikoa also held the position of Vice President at Newport Capital Partners from 2015 to 2017, where they created and executed value-enhancement plans for assets. Additionally, Nikoa has experience as a Summer Associate at CBRE in 2013 and as a Consultant Manager and Fixed Income Investment Analyst at Hewitt EnnisKnupp from 2008 to 2012. Nikoa began their career as a Taxable Fixed Income Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2005 and also worked as a Capital Markets Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank NA) in 2004.

Nikoa Milton pursued higher education by obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Howard University between 2001 and 2005. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they furthered their educational qualifications by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
