Naomi Smith

Naomi Smith is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Lateral Recruitment for APAC at Jefferies and as an Engagement Manager with LevelUP since August 2023. Prior to this role, Naomi held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Credit Suisse from September 2018 to August 2023, where leadership spanned Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition for the APAC region and included initiatives for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Additionally, Naomi served as Front Office Business Partner and Recruitment Manager at Harvey Nash Group from February 2014 to March 2018 and as a Senior Consultant at Stott and May from December 2010 to January 2014. Naomi completed a BA in Media and French from the University of Sussex and pursued further education at Université Grenoble Alpes.
