Laura Sestito

Laura Sestito has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura is currently working as a Solutions Architect at Lev since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gelia from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Developer & Marketing Automation Consultant, they strategized, developed, and enhanced marketing automation campaigns using various email service providers. Laura was also certified as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. Additionally, Laura worked as an Interactive Developer & Designer, focusing on web development for marketing automation strategies using AMPScript, HTML/CSS, and SSJS. Laura was certified as an Email Marketing Specialist by Salesforce and received Eloqua training. Laura started their journey at Gelia as a Junior Web Developer, responsible for HTML/CSS web development and received training in Eloqua for email marketing.

Before Gelia, Laura worked at CGI Communications as a Graphic and Web Designer from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they created websites using HTML and CSS in WordPress templates and provided training to clients on website usage. Laura also designed custom logos and print/web materials.

From 2016 to 2017, Laura worked at Next Step Academy as a Design and Production Coordinator, where they created web and print materials and coordinated editorial content for courses, blogs, and social media. Prior to that, they held a similar position at Next Step College Prep from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they created and edited web and print content and gained knowledge in HTML and CSS through email blast creation and website redesign.

Laura also worked at BackToLearn, LLC as a Lead Designer from 2015 to 2016. Laura was responsible for creating brand awareness and redesigned the company's website using VisualStudio and Bootstrap, further enhancing their HTML and CSS skills.

Laura's professional journey began at Nazareth College, where they worked as an Office Services Student Worker from 2009 to 2013.

Laura Sestito obtained their high school diploma from Fairport High School in 2009. Laura then attended Nazareth University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric with a minor in Graphic Design. Additionally, Laura has obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator in August 2022, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant in July 2020, and Salesforce Certified Email Marketing Specialist in May 2019.
