Sam Aofolaju

Sam Aofolaju is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and digital banking. Currently serving as a Partner at Ardency and Head of Corporate Development at Levene Energy Holdings, Sam leads strategic initiatives such as M&A, capital solutions, and digital transformation efforts. Previously, Sam was the Head of Digital Bank at FCMB Bank UK Limited, overseeing all aspects of a new digital banking venture, and held significant roles at ROAVA and HSBC, where contributions included managing open banking technology and product innovation. Sam's earlier career includes directorship at Casven, which focused on fintech and big data for corporate intelligence, and strategic advisory positions in the chemicals and energy sectors at The Valence Group and Nexant Ltd. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MEng from UCL.
