Shannon Lu

SHANNON LU is currently working at Leverate since March 2016. They hold the position of Head of APAC Customer Relations and serve as Team Leader of Account Managers for China. Prior to this, Shannon was employed at Forextime as Customer Service from March 2015 to January 2016, and at IronFX Global as a BackOffice Administrator from February 2014 to February 2015. They graduated from the University of Huaiha with a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese in 2008. Shannon's responsibilities include assisting clients via various channels, managing client accounts, and updating the CRM database.
