Jessica Hsieh

Jessica Hsieh has extensive experience in ecommerce and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce Customer Experience, Payments, and Fraud at Levi Strauss & Co. since August 2017. Previously, Jessica held positions as Sr. Manager of Ecommerce Operations at bebe stores and Sr. Ecommerce Manager at COYUCHI. Early career roles included Ecommerce Manager at Purity Cosmetics and various positions in sales and retail management across companies like Gucci and Bergdorf Goodman. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Fiber Science and Apparel Design with a focus on Business Management from Cornell University. Additionally, Jessica contributed to the Board of Directors for Cornell NorCal from August 2010 to June 2013.
