Tairiny Simeonato has worked in the security and environmental research fields since 2012. In 2016, they were an Environmental Education Intern at the Social Environmental Laboratory. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Conservation Research Intern at the LEC - Laboratory of Ecology and Conservation of Marine Mammals and Sea Turtles. In 2017, they began working as a Web Application Security Researcher at Independent Security Research. In this role, they discovered and weaponized persistent XSS on workable.com, discovered and weaponized two distinct CSRF + Reflected XSS on smartsheet.com (awarded 2 bug bounties), and discovered and weaponized persistent XSS on fitbit. In 2019, they began working at Leviathan Security Group as a Technical Project Manager, Security Consultant, and Associate Security Consultant.

Tairiny Simeonato obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Oceanography from the Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2011 and 2016. Tairiny also studied Oceanography at the Florida Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2015.
