Ellie Galanis

Ellie Galanis serves as the Director of Commercial Development at Levidian, a leading climate technology company focused on producing hydrogen and graphene through methane decarbonization, since February 2023. Previously, Ellie held various roles within the UK Magnetics Society, including Past Chair, Chair, and Vice Chair, and served as a representative for the UK on the General Council of the European Magnetism Association. Additional experience includes positions as Business Development Manager at Porotech, Product Owner at Paragraf, and various postdoctoral research roles at Queen Mary University of London. Ellie holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgy, a BEng in Materials Science & Engineering, and has completed training in Higher Education Teaching from the University of Leeds.
