Jessica Hinzman

Jessica Hinzman has a diverse background in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist II at Levitate since January 2020, with prior roles including Customer Success Specialist, Customer Adoption Coordinator, and Business Development Representative. Before joining Levitate, Jessica worked as a Sales Development Representative at REVGEN from August 2019 to December 2019, where responsibilities included researching and pre-qualifying sales opportunities and managing leads using SalesLoft, alongside completion of a rigorous four-month sales training program. Jessica's earlier experience includes serving as a server at Mellow Mushroom from August 2015 to May 2019. Educationally, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Appalachian State University, completed between 2016 and 2019.
