Dave Hardy

Dave Hardy is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development, manufacturing support, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of the R&D Test Lab at Levolor since January 2017, Dave leads a team focused on testing and regulatory compliance for window coverings. Previously, Dave held various engineering management roles at Theragenics Corporation, Omix-Ada, and Lund International, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering teams, managing product portfolios, and driving new product launches. Earlier career experience includes design engineering at Sky Climber and Nordson Corporation, where Dave contributed to product design and testing. Dave holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
