Jacqueline Grayson-Zielinski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jacqueline is currently working with Levy Restaurants as the Director of Purchasing, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they held roles such as General Manager of Purchasing and Purchasing Manager within the same company, starting in August 2021 and April 2021, respectively. From October 2020 to April 2021, they worked as a Purchasing Manager with a company they did not disclose, but they are currently seeking new opportunities.

Before their time at Levy Restaurants, Jacqueline worked at the University of Notre Dame from 2012 to 2017. Jacqueline initially started as a Human Resource Representative, where they performed various administrative tasks related to employee benefits and training. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Purchasing Manager Food Safety Specialist.

Prior to their work at the University of Notre Dame, Jacqueline worked at Sorin's from 2003 to 2012 as a Cook. Jacqueline was trained in various aspects of culinary operations and had the opportunity to train and mentor other employees.

Before their career in the food industry, Jacqueline worked at Instant Copy from 1993 to 2002. Jacqueline held roles such as Manager, where they had responsibilities in employee management, customer accounts, and inventory. Jacqueline also worked as a Customer Service Representative during their time at the company.

Jacqueline Grayson-Zielinski earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Hospitality from Ivy Tech Community College, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued further education at Indiana University South Bend and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from 2007 to 2012.
