Joadi-Kay Benjamin, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources and event planning. Joadi-Kay most recently worked at Levy Restaurants, starting in 2015. Their roles at Levy Restaurants included Director of Human Resources, Area Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Hospitality Manager, and Staffing Coordinator.

Prior to their time at Levy Restaurants, Benjamin worked at Turnberry Isle Miami from 2012 to 2015. Here, they held the position of Recruitment Specialist/Human Resources Coordinator, where they were responsible for various recruitment processes and building relationships. Joadi-Kay also served as an HR Assistant, handling administrative duties and providing training to interns and new employees.

Afterward, they attended the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their BA degree in Business Administration with a focus on Travel & Tourism Management. In 2011, they pursued further education at Florida International University and obtained an MS degree in Hospitality Management, which they completed in 2013. Later in 2015, Joadi-Kay enrolled at Nova Southeastern University and achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Management in 2017.
