Justin Henderson has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Justin is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants since June 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked at Nordstrom where they held several positions. From June 2020 to June 2023, they were the Regional Manager - Food and Beverage. Justin also worked as a Project Manager from January 2018 to June 2020, as a Regional Restaurant Manager from October 2017 to January 2018, and as a Restaurant General Manager from June 2013 to October 2017. Before Nordstrom, Justin was a Chef at Cúrate from June 2011 to February 2013. Justin began their career as an Executive Chef at Heritage Hills from September 2009 to September 2011.

Justin Henderson attended Johnson & Wales University, although the specific years of enrollment and the degree obtained are unknown. Justin then pursued their high school education at Manteo High School, where they obtained a diploma between 1995 and 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Fostering Inclusion and Diversity Experience Certification from Yale University in April 2021. Prior to that, they obtained the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) certification from the Society of Wine Educators in November 2018 and the Certified Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in June 2017.
