Mark Vassar

Mark Vassar is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants for T-Mobile Arena since July 2021, Mark previously held the position of General Manager of Operations at Delaware North from November 2018 to July 2021. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager at Sodexo Sports & Leisure, Director of Operations at Patina Restaurant Group, and various management positions at the Hollywood Bowl and Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts. Mark's foundational culinary education was obtained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, complemented by additional studies at San Diego State University.
