Rhiannon Tavares serves as the Human Resources Manager at Levy Restaurants since April 2013, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal guidelines such as Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, and FLMA, while fostering ethical treatment and healthy relationships among the 233 employees.
