Philip Warr DL is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in various sectors, including social housing, prison and probation services, and property management. Currently serving as Chief Executive at Purpose Social Homes, Philip also holds roles as Regional EAB Chair for the Devon & North Dorset Prison Group and EAB Chair for HMP Guy's Marsh.
