Oliver S. Bajracharya

Oliver Bajracharya is a partner in Lewis Roca's Intellectual Property Practice Group. U.S.-based and international companies turn to Oliver for counsel for managing their intellectual property portfolios, including strategy, maintenance, and enforcement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Oliver assists companies and individuals with all facets of patent prosecution and trademark and brand protection, including trademark clearance, strategy, and prosecution. His practice includes counseling clients with respect to a wide variety of issues, including intellectual property portfolio strategy, brand licensing, rights of publicity, and international matters. Oliver’s practice emphasizes craft beer and craft breweries, fashion and apparel, gaming, and medical devices.
