Dr. Margaret Satya Rose

Dr. Margaret Satya Rose is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in public procurement law, financial crime, and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Partner and Practice Lead at Lex Caribbean, Dr. Rose also holds leadership roles as the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Future Law Institute and Co-Founder of U-Solve SELE, a social enterprise focused on sustainable solutions. A former University Lecturer in Procurement Management at The University of the West Indies, Dr. Rose has contributed to various organizations, including the Caribbean Procurement Institute and Disclosure Today. With a strong academic background, including a Research Doctorate in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Bath, Dr. Rose is a prominent advocate for transparency, citizen participation, and responsible governance in the Caribbean and beyond.
