Norma Hinkson

Norma Hinkson serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Lex Caribbean since April 2006, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. In August 2015, Norma achieved the SHRM-SCP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management, following the launch of its International Certification programme. Educational background includes studies at Queen's College in Barbados and The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
