Katherine González Navarro has been working in the legal field since 2007. Katherine began their career as a Teaching Assistant Professor at the Universidad de Chile, where they taught Private Law. In 2010, they joined the Consejo de Defensa del Estado as a Lawyer. In 2015, they joined Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados as an Abogado Senior, specializing in civil and commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration. In 2021, they became the Directora of Libertades Públicas, the Head of Legal at Lexgo, and the Profesor de Derecho Civil at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. Katherine also serves as an Abogado Senior Entel.
Katherine González Navarro completed their Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Universidad de Chile in 2007. In 2013, they obtained their Master of Laws - LLM/Private Law degree from Universidad de Chile, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Public Law in 2014. In 2019, they completed their Master of Laws - LLM in Disputes Resolution/Regulation (Corporate and Environmental Regulation) from UCL. In 2020, they completed a CDP Course in Privacy and Data Protection from UCL. In 2021, they obtained a BOW Nivel I certification from Mujeres Empresarias, Chile and a Miembro Red Bow Alta Dirección certification from Mujeres Empresarias, Chile.
