Sami Grady

Sami Grady serves as Operations Manager at Lexico since January 2018, overseeing internal projects and collaborating with functional leaders to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. Previously, Sami was an Operations Coordinator at Lexico and the first hire at a management consulting startup, where responsibilities included process creation and documentation. As a self-employed Freelance Consultant since April 2016, Sami has assisted various startups in digital marketing strategies and execution, significantly enhancing their brand presence. Former roles include Executive & Marketing Coordinator at Waukesha Metal Products, Tourism Marketing and Events Coordinator at Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce, and Events Specialist at Reuters News Agency. Sami holds a BBA in Marketing, International Business, and Spanish Language from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Business Practice from St Mary’s University, and participated in a Study Abroad program at Universidad de Sevilla.
