Brendan Roof

Brendan Roof has over a decade of work experience in software engineering and machine learning. Brendan began their career in 2009 as a Software Engineering Intern at WhitePages. In 2010, they were promoted to Software Engineer at WhitePages. In 2011, they moved to Google and worked as a Software Engineer. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2) as a Senior Research Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Lexion as a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Machine Learning Engineer.

Brendan Roof attended the University of Washington from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics.
