Kevin Hornish

Kevin Hornish is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources leader with extensive experience in shaping and implementing talent strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at LexisNexis since September 2021, Kevin has previously held significant positions, including Talent Acquisition Leader at DXC Technology and Senior Director of Human Resources at AECOM. At AECOM, responsibilities included leading the talent acquisition team and overseeing the development of recruitment strategies across the Americas. Kevin also served as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at QBE Insurance, where the focus was on implementing talent acquisition models and technology solutions.
