Prabhuram Doraiswamy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems architecture, CRM solutions, and business application support. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global CRM Systems at LexisNexis since May 2023, Prabhuram previously held leadership roles at JumpCloud and Genesys, where responsibilities included managing integrated application portfolios on the Salesforce platform and overseeing go-to-customer applications.
