Tony Proctor

Tony Proctor has a successful work history in the finance and accounting field. Tony is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Lexitas Pharma Services since 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Parexel from 2018 to 2022, including SVP & CFO of the Clinical Operations Division and Chief Financial Officer of the CRS division. Before joining Parexel, they worked at INC Research as the Vice President of Business Finance and Vice President of Accounting - Corporate Controller from 2013 to 2018. Tony also has experience as an Assistant Corporate Controller at Cree from 2011 to 2013 and as the Director of Corporate Accounting at Tekelec from 2006 to 2011. Tony started their career at Progress Energy, where they worked as a Controller from 2000 to 2006.

Tony Proctor earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from NC State Poole College of Management from 1990 to 1994. Tony then pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Campbell University from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Tony obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the North Carolina State Board of Certified Accountants in January 2000.
