Michael Young

Michael Young serves as the CEO of Lexon Insurance Pte Ltd since 2007, where responsibility includes implementing strategies that have established Lexon as an innovator in insurance and risk services for the legal profession. Lexon operates as a bespoke captive insurer owned by the Queensland Law Society. Prior to this role, Michael Young was a Partner at Ashurst from 1999 to 2004, leading the insurance practice in the Perth office of the international law firm. Michael Young holds an MBA from The University of Queensland and both an LLB and a B.Juris from The University of Western Australia.
