Natalia Gonzalez has over 10 years of professional experience in the legal field. In 2011, they began their career as a Legal Associate at Lloreda Camacho & Co. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Inhouse Counsel at Unilever, where they were responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts for global projects and local Unilever subsidiaries across Latin America. Natalia then worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Farmacias Cruz Verde from 2015 to 2016, where they negotiated and drafted contracts for the company's ordinary course of business. In 2016, they became the Legal & Compliance Manager at Danone, where they managed the legal department for two business units of the group, negotiated and drafted commercial contracts, and managed the negotiation of distribution agreements of the company in 13 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2018, they became an LL.M Candidate and LL.M Ambassador at Queen Mary University of London. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Paralegal/Foreign qualified lawyer at Flex Legal. In 2020, Natalia co-founded Gallego Gonzalez Abogados, a Colombian law firm that provides legal advice to entrepreneurs and companies. Currently, they are a Legal Counsel at Lexoo.

Natalia Gonzalez has a Qualified Lawyer degree from Universidad del Rosario (2007-2011), a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Law from Universidad de Los Andes (2012-2013), and an International Business Law LLM from Queen Mary University of London (2018-2019). Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: an Assessment Automation Expert certification from OneTrust in September 2020, and a Privacy Management Professional certification from OneTrust in August 2020.
