Pedro Porto

Pedro Porto has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Pedro started in 2020 as a Marketing professional at Ideia e arte, where they worked until 2021. From June to December 2021, Pedro worked as a Customer Service Representative at Imobiliária Opção. In 2021, they also worked as an E-commerce Assistant at Grupo OSCAR until March 2023. Pedro then joined CALÇADOS ITAPUÃ as an E-commerce Assistant from January to March 2023. Currently, Pedro is working at Lexos as a Technical Customer Success Jr - Step I, starting in April 2023.

Pedro Porto completed their high school education with a focus on Publicidade (Advertising) at Univap centro from 2020 to 2022. Pedro also attended Univap during this time, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. In terms of additional certifications, Pedro obtained several LinkedIn certifications in areas such as communication, customer service, problem-solving, confidence development, professional image development, inclusive communication, and success habits.
