Norbert Palenstijn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the industrial vacuum and leak testing sectors. Currently serving as the Product Sales Development Manager at Leybold since March 2022, Norbert provides technical and commercial leadership for a diverse portfolio of products and systems. As a co-chair of the Vacuum Web Coating Committee within the Association for Roll-to-Roll Converters, Norbert contributes to advancing vacuum coating technologies. Prior roles include founding Industrial Leak Test Consulting LLC, managing director and partner at Nolek, and various engineering and managerial positions at Tuthill Corporation and Nash. Norbert holds a BA in International Business Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has a rich educational background including an International Baccalaureate.
