Sjaiesta Nanhekhan

Sjaiesta Nanhekhan is currently employed as a researcher at Leyden Academy on Vitality and Ageing, focusing on societal research projects aimed at enhancing the well-being of older migrants. Previous experience includes project work at MOB Maatschappelijk Ondersteuningsbureau, where Sjaiesta designed and conducted appreciative research, and served as a trainee at Starters4Communities, concentrating on social entrepreneurship and community development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Sjaiesta has also engaged in various academic and practical training programs related to language, integration policies, and community engagement.
