Brian Kaminski

Brian Kaminski is an experienced leader in operations and strategic management, currently serving as Operating Partner at LFM Capital since June 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Heartland Steel Products from June 2021 to June 2023, and Chief Executive Officer at Burgaflex North America, LLC from May 2018 to June 2021. Brian's extensive background includes roles such as Vice President at Carter Fuel Systems and Trico Products, as well as Director of Operations at Whitesell Group. Prior to these positions, Brian contributed significantly to Ford Motor Company in various operational and quality management roles over a decade. Brian holds a Leadership Development degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Eastern Michigan University.
