Fabio Spaziani has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. fabio joined LFoundry in 2017 and held various roles, including Technology and Product Development Leader, CVD - DRY ETCH - PVD Process Director, and Process Integration Manager. As Process Integration Manager, they managed a team of up to 20 engineers and was responsible for customer NPI process, driving process and yield improvement projects. Prior to joining LFoundry, Fabio worked at Micron Technology from 2004 to 2013, where they served as an R&D Senior Process Development Engineer and Dry Etch Process Engineer. In these roles, they developed dry etch processes, managed new technology introductions and process integration, and worked on various challenges related to metallization and photo-etch interaction. Fabio also has experience in statistical process control and automatic process control. Additionally, they have experience working with equipment such as TEL SCCM, DRM, LAM 2300 EXELAN, and Hitachi M511. Fabio's work experience showcases their expertise in semiconductor process development, process integration, and customer interaction.
