With a Bachelor of Science in Computing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Kevin possesses technical proficiency in various programming languages and technologies, including JAVA, VB.NET, and MSSQL, and has a proven track record of leading IT projects and enhancing system performance across multiple organizations.
