Kathi Chandler-Payatt, MBA, is an accomplished professional with a solid background in content acquisition, strategy, and analytics within the media and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Head of Content Acquisition for LG Channels, Kathi specializes in content strategy, ad monetization, and FAST/AVOD platforms. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Strategy and Content Insights Executive at Prime Video & Amazon Studios and as VP of Content Insights & Strategy at MGM, where Kathi focused on deal analysis and strategic planning. Additionally, Kathi is a founding member of Chief's Los Angeles Chapter and lectures on entertainment content analytics and strategy at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
