Winnie Leung

Winnie Leung serves as the People & Culture Business Partner at LG2 in Toronto since September 2022, collaborating with senior leadership to implement HR programs that align with organizational goals while addressing employee interests. Previously, Winnie worked as a People Operations Strategist at Beacon HR, providing strategic HR consulting to start-ups and scale-ups. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at Adastra North America and HR Coordinator at A.T. Financial, as well as freelance positions in copywriting, translation, and communications for various companies. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and has contributed to numerous projects in the HR and communications sectors.
