Chris Visocnik has over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology. Starting in 1996 as a Systems Administrator and Junior Developer at Conversational Voice Technologies Inc., they gained valuable experience in system administration and development. Chris then moved on to Interactive Business Systems, Inc. where they served as a Systems Developer with responsibilities including upgrading bank branches and leading development projects for various clients. In 2003, they joined Waukegan Savings Bank as an IT Manager and was responsible for technology upgrades and ensuring the security and reliability of the banking systems. Chris then transitioned to Consumers Credit Union in 2007 as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing network and systems infrastructure, and later served as the IT Manager, focusing on network security and vulnerability assessments. In 2016, Chris joined Great Lakes Credit Union as the Vice President of Technology/Information Security Officer, leading various teams and implementing enterprise architecture. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Information Technology at LGE Community Credit Union, where they continue to drive innovation, service excellence, and digital transformation. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on aligning IT operations with business needs.
Chris Visocnik attended York St. John University from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Leading Innovation and Change. Outside of their formal education, Chris also obtained a certification in Managing IT and Technical Professionals from the American Management Association in October 2013.
