Eli Grubbs

Eli Grubbs is a seasoned facilities operations manager with extensive experience in project management and budget administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Facilities Operations at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since June 2018, Eli oversees a team of up to 26 full-time employees and over 80 supplemental contractors, managing corporate facilities capital plans ranging from $12 million to $40 million annually. Previous roles include Manager of Facilities Projects and Facilities Project Manager at LG&E and KU Energy, as well as Project Manager positions at Commonwealth Masonry Inc. and Jenkins-Essex Construction, where Eli managed projects with values from $5,000 to $2 million and conducted various operational duties. Eli holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics and Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
