Shaan Aroeste

Shaan Aroeste is an experienced Ecologist currently working at LGL Limited since May 2022. Previous positions include serving as the Vegetation Restoration Crew Lead at Olson Bison Conservation Ranch, Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University, and Ecological Restoration Technician at Galiano Conservancy Association. Additional experience includes a fundraising role at Wilderness Committee and a Knowledge and Technology Transfer Assistant position at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Earlier career highlights include serving as Shift Supervisor at Pet Food 'N More and Sales Associate at Korna Natural Pet Supplies. Shaan holds a Master of Science in Ecological Restoration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Animal Biology from The University of British Columbia, along with additional educational experiences at the National University of Singapore and Capilano University.
