Marion van de Velde

Marion Van De Velde has extensive experience in human resources and social law, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for ESN & Bureau d’études at LGM since February 2024. Previously, Marion held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Capgemini, overseeing a team of 250 personnel within the Infra & Cloud sector and focusing on HR development and disciplinary matters. From February 2022 to April 2023, Marion was the HR Manager at Samusocial de Paris, managing personnel administration and payroll for a workforce of 1,000 agents, and leading a team during a service reorganization. Marion's career includes roles as a social law jurist at Altersis Groupe, Vocalcom, and various law firms, alongside a solid educational background in law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
