Ron Newman

Ron Newman is an accomplished analytical chemist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at LGM Pharma since September 2019, Ron specializes in developing and validating HPLC, GC, ICP, and dissolution methods for small molecules. Previous roles include Team Lead/Supervisor at Irvine Pharmaceutical Services and various positions at Par Pharmaceutical, Nexgen Pharma, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included method development and quality control in support of ANDAs for parenteral medicines. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Ecology with a focus on Biology and Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from Chemeketa Community College.
