Marcus Stinson, PMP, possesses extensive experience in project management and technical leadership across the defense and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at LGS Innovations since April 2019, Marcus specializes in agile project management and staff development. Prior roles include Program Director & Delivery Unit Head at HCL Technologies, where management of a globally distributed CDMA R&D team for Nokia/Alcatel-Lucent was a key responsibility. Marcus spent over three decades at Alcatel-Lucent in various leadership positions, executing impactful programs and achieving significant cost savings.
