Marc Bindlechner

Marc Bindlechner is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the New Enquiry Manager at LHD Lawyers since July 2022, Marc previously held roles including National Customer Care Manager at Rawson Group and Director of Customer Service at Koala. Underlying a strong focus on enhancing customer experiences, Marc has also contributed as Head of Customer Operations and Customer Operations Lead at Big Red Group, as well as APAC Contact Center Director and Senior Account Director at McCorkell & Associates.
