Geoff Hutchinson

Geoff Hutchinson serves as the Global Head of IT, Learning & Development, Product & Innovation at LHH, where responsibilities include overseeing technology support for the Learning & Development business line, managing strategic partnerships, and leading the LHH IT Transformation project. Previously, Geoff held the position of Digital Development Director at Lee Hecht Harrison, driving global digital innovation implementation, and served as Head of Technology Integration during the merger of UK businesses into LHH. With extensive experience at Penna, including roles as Head of IT Development and Development Manager, Geoff has a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and the delivery of innovative technology solutions across various sectors.
